The fitness mania the world over is so pronounced that everyone is trying desperately to fit into the ‘In World’. This has sky rocketed the profits of the fitness chains, and raised the physical trainers and nutritionists to fame. Health addiction is on rise and driving the youth to try out various methods. But there are few basic Do’s and Dont’s before jumping in to spruce up one’s health.
Pill at will:
Youngsters rely on pills to achieve instant slimming effects ignoring all the side effects they could have. The pills could directly act on the fat or it could kill one’s appetite. These could show the results within a span of two days or 2 months depending on the type and the reason for pill popping. These tablets are so popular among youngsters that they are available in plenty in the illegal market. These could prove to be dangerous especially when people pop pills without an expert’s consultation.
Perilous Gyms:
With rising demand, who could blame the inevitable burst of gyms in every nook and corner of the city? Though many of them boast of the latest equipments but they lack in appropriately qualified trainers. Except for a few reputed gymnasiums rest don’t even have reliable equipments and nutritionists. People hitting the gym take protein powders without any knowledge of the dosage in order to magically enhance their muscles. But what has to be kept in mind is that health is a comprehensive approach which should be supported with physical activity.
Unconventional Ways:
In a bid to loose weight it’s not gyms and pills alone but many other ways which could range from a hobby to an obsession. People have been talking a lot about ‘Dancing their way to fitness’. And this catchphrase has proved to be the reason for dance schools across the country coming up with different styles to shake a leg. None bother to check with their physical fitness to pursue such risky ways to keep fit.
Secret to perfect health:
These are few of the wrong ways to aim towards fitness. This could lead to exhaustion, stress, and irreversible muscular damage. An ill planned exercise routine could also push you to boredom and result in you giving up your plan to shape up. So it is always wise to do a little research about your physical fitness, interests, availability of time and budget. It is always considered best to take some time off and visit some reputed fitness chains and gyms to check out the available equipments and more importantly reliable trainers.
Don’t forget that fitness is a way to keep oneself active and in the pink of health rather than just pumping in or pumping out the fat in the body. With all the right choices you can rest assured that loosing all the flab is going to be one delightful experience sans the panic.
